Can I change or cancel my order or update the address?

We start packing quickly, so changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If your order hasn’t shipped, please reach out to us so we can look to help.

Where’s my order? My tracking isn’t updating.

Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit within Canada is typically 1–7 business days. Carriers sometimes delay scans. If tracking shows no movement after 7 business days or says “delivered” but you don’t have it, message us!

What’s your return or refund policy?

Covered by T&T’s Guarantee:

  • First purchase: Opened-bottle refund within 60 days of delivery.
  • Unopened: Return within 30 days for a product-price refund.

How do I use the hair serum, and when will I see results?

Apply a few drops to clean scalp once daily (AM or PM), massage in; do not rinse. Be consistent for 8–12 weeks to assess results. Patch-test before first use.

If you experience irritation, stop use and contact us—our team will help investigate or arrange options under T&T’s Guarantee.
